Dear ladies and gentlemen! Today, when our country intensively builds new economic attitudes, strengthens the positions in the world, is integrating into the international market, the domestic fuel and energy complex remains the major, basic branch of the Russian economy.

Our company is created in 1969 with the purpose of expansion of experimental works, tests of new transport, special building machines and equipment, working off new technological processes under production conditions during construction of powerful main oil pipelines and gas mains in territory of the former USSR and abroad.
In July 9, 1993 the state - owned venture was privatized and turned into an open joint-stock company "Neftegazspetsstroy" and was officially registered following the reorganization of the former USSR Ministry for Oil and Gas Construction in Moscow.
Since 1964 the Company has been participating in major projects of oil and gas pipelines construction in the Soviet Union and abroad as well as local gas lines systems in Russian regions. "Neftegazspetsstroy" has been specializing in the construction of trunk oil and gas lines, reconstruction of consumer pipeline networks, installation of natural gas supply systems at industrial facilities and in populated areas, overall repairs and renovation of pipelines. The Company has acquired wide experience in completing projects in various climatic zones, on barely passable swampy grounds, mountains, permafrost, and deserts.
